Is decraic halal?
decraic is not halal. Please message us about any dietary concern before you order.
Do any flavours contain nuts?
Peanut Butter & Jam contains peanuts. Our kitchen also handles milk, eggs and nuts, so please tell us about any allergy when you order.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within Klang town ourselves for RM 5. Anywhere else in the Klang Valley, you're welcome to pick up, or book a Lalamove to collect your order.
How far ahead should I order?
At least two days ahead. Every batch is churned fresh for your order, and we make a limited amount each day, so popular dates fill up.
How do I store my gelato?
Pop it straight into the freezer when it arrives; it's best enjoyed within 2 weeks. Let it sit out for a few minutes before scooping, so it's soft and creamy.
